Putting elearning into the spotlight

For the last 18 months, I’ve been working closely with Australia’s leading eLearning provider Workstar to help communicate their message through a series of blogs.

Here’s one of the latest I’ve written on the topic of developing the all-important art of empathy. This skill is crucial, especially for businesses that prioritise customer service. And as we all know, that should be every business, especially since it’s seven times more expensive to acquire a new customer than it is to keep an existing one.
